Spare parts price tracking research

To assess the price competitiveness of the clients’ brands vs. competition, we conduct the SPARE PARTS PRICE TRACKING RESEARCH. The methodology adopted for this exercise is mystery shopping wherein a total of 30 parts are identified across three broad application areas.

Collision – 7 parts

Maintenance – 14 parts

Repair – 9 parts

Then each of these parts are divided into a basket of 5 with similar applications, to ensure we are able to obtain prices from the dealership seamlessly. Subsequently, analyses are conducted to determine the price competitiveness.
